At its heart, Miracles is about bringing families together.
To that end, we encourage families to seek each other out by organizing Playgroups and Support Groups for anyone involved in the adoption journey. If you are interested in starting a group, contact Miracles with your information and we'll get it posted.

Playgroups
Playgroups are a great way for the little-ones to find new playmates, and a great way for you to get to know people who, like you, are part of the adoption family.
Muncie
Jamie and Shelby are wanting to start a toddler playgroup in Muncie!

Indianapolis/Carmel
Nicole and Todd are interested in starting or joining a toddler playgroup, preferably on the north side of Indy or in Carmel.

Williamsport
Matt and Erin are starting a playgroup in the Williamsport area. Plans are loose right now, but they definitely want to hear from anyone in the area who might be interested. Times and days are yet to be determined, based on the schedules of families participating.

Westpoint/Lafayette
Kirsten would like to help form a playgroup/support group in the Westpoint/Lafayette area.

Evansville
Kim and Vince are planning “Family Nights” for adoptive families. They would like to get-together on a quarterly basis at their home and, hopefully, rotate hosting with other families. They would like to build the groups around pizza parties, cookouts, etc.

Support Groups
Support Groups are for parents involved in the adoption process. Sometimes it's good to know there are others out there who are going through the same experiences. The highs, the lows, and the outright confusing. Remember... there's strength in numbers!
Muncie

Laurie would like to become part of a support group, prefereably in the Seymour area. She would prefer not to lead a group, but would consider leading if need be.

Indianapolis
Tricia would like to start a support group focusing on trans-racial adoptions. Her plans are to meet once-a-month for 2-3 hours on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Initially, the group would meet in her home, but then move around to other group members' homes.
